White Oaks Residence

Barrie, Ontario

This design features a housing development with townhomes along the street, as well as a lakefront condo with a private beach. A variety of stone work and plantings were used on both locations to accommodate the grade changes and to present a visually appealing landscape. Recreation amenities, patios and sitting areas were integrated at various levels of the landscape from the apartment units to the waterfront.
