Multi-Use Residential and Commercial Development

This multi-use residential and commercial development in Tottenham was designed to utilize the entire property to its full extent, providing future residents with ample parking, amenity space and privacy. The site presented a variety of challenges due to the existing vegetation on site, with Butternut species present. This required our ISA Arborist to conduct an in-depth analysis and remediation process with the MNR. The aesthetic features of the proposed building are very fitting for the current architectural style present throughout Tottenham, providing a cohesive look that will blend in with the new development’s overall surroundings.
