St. Andrew’s - St. James’ Cemetery

Stefan Bolliger Associates Inc. was tasked with developing a Master Plan for the undeveloped sections of the St. Andrew’s - St. James’ Cemetery in Orillia. The design focused on creating a naturalistic and rural setting to promote a serene atmosphere with easily accessible columbaria and shaded seating areas for quiet contemplation. Our approach emphasizes preserving the cemetery's original ambiance, with tree-lined roads and pathways serving as key features woven into the overall design scheme. The plan also allows for future updates to address changing needs and trends, ensuring the cemetery remains a place of peace and growth for future generations.
