Our firm was engaged to design a serene rooftop garden for a condominium development in compliance with the City of Orillia’s guidelines mandating outdoor spaces in residential projects. The rooftop garden serves as an inviting outdoor amenity area, meticulously crafted to enhance the residents' living experience. The design incorporates features aimed at creating a peaceful atmosphere including comfortable lounge areas, picnic tables, chairs and sun shades, and an outdoor fireplace to provide warmth and a cozy ambiance for residents to unwind during cooler evenings. Overall, our design approach focused on harmonizing functionality with aesthetics, aiming to provide residents with a serene retreat right within their residential environment.
