Edgehill – Site Renovations

Barrie, Ontario

An existing condominium complex located in Barrie was in need of a major site overhaul, requiring extensive repairs to on site drainage, parking and safe access throughout the site. We conducted an in-depth inventory of the site, and prepared detailed design drawings to give the site a well needed refresh. In order to address the drainage issues on site, the design incorporated a large bioswale along the south property boundary, and it has successfully alleviated the previous drainage problems. Patios and walkways were replaced and relocated, with additional parking, lighting and softscape installed throughout the entire site.
