Orchard Point Development

This waterfront condominium located on Lake Simcoe in Orillia required careful integration of two condominium towers over an underground parking structure with extensive garden and recreational spaces. An outdoor amenities area with a swimming pool, hot tub and recreational center is situated facing the waterfront. Close cooperation between client group, architect and engineer resulted in an attractive, dense landscape of high visual and recreational appeal. The development being located along the waterfront required the redevelopment of a marina, the restoration of the shoreline, the use of native plant material and the close cooperation with the Ministry of Natural Resources as well as the City of Orillia.
